Avaland Berhad has been listed on Bursa Malaysia since 6 April 2015 and trades on the Main Market under the stock name AVALAND, code 5182 ^[1]. It was known as MCT Berhad until it began trading under the Avaland name on 11 July 2023 ^[2]. The company's website says its journey began in 1999 ^[5]. Its head office is at One City, USJ 25, Subang Jaya, Selangor ^[1].

The Philippine property group Ayala Land took control in 2018: its indirect stake reached 72.31% when a mandatory general offer closed in February that year ^[3]. At 31 March 2026 Ayala Land was deemed to hold 66.25% through its Hong Kong-incorporated unit, Regent Wise Investments Limited ^[1]. The chairman is Tan Sri Dato' Sri Abi Musa Asa'ari bin Mohamed Nor. Apollo Bello Tanco, who spent 29 years with the Ayala Land group, has been executive director and chief executive officer since 1 January 2024 ^[1].

Avaland develops each project through its own company, all wholly owned through Avaland Holdings Berhad ^[1]. In the KPKT register, Aetas Damansara is registered under One Residence Sdn Bhd, Aetas Seputeh under Ardent Residence Sdn Bhd, Alora Residence under USJ Citypoint Sdn Bhd, Amika Residences under Next Delta Sdn Bhd, Avalon Cybersouth under Ecolake Residence Sdn Bhd and Sanderling Lakefront under LakeFront Residence Sdn Bhd.

The company says it held 187.1 acres of land at 31 December 2025 — 62.8 acres in ongoing projects and 124.3 acres for future projects — with an estimated gross development value of RM11.5 billion ^[1]. Its first township, Cybersouth in Dengkil, was launched in 2015 ^[4]. These are company-wide figures; the KPKT register covers only projects licensed as housing.
