Its chief executive officer then was Gan Teck Seong, who was still CEO of Villamas Sdn Bhd in 2020 [1][2]. Completed developments named in the 2012 report include Villamas Apartments in Puchong Jaya, Villa Pavilion Apartment in Bukit Serdang and Atmosfera in Bandar Puchong Jaya [1]; KPKT registers Villa Pavilion and Atmosfera under Villamas Sdn Bhd. No stock-exchange listing was found.
