Who is Radium? The company behind the projects
Radium Development Berhad, formerly Idaman Sejiwa Development Sdn Bhd, was registered in 2013 [1]. It listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 31 May 2023 [1]. Its group managing director is Datuk Gan Kah Siong, and his brothers Gan Tiong Kian and Gan Kok Peng are executive directors [1][3]; former Kuala Lumpur mayor Tan Sri Mhd Amin Nordin bin Abd Aziz is the independent non-executive chairman [1]. The head office is in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur [1].
Radium counts Vista Wirajaya, completed in 2021, as its first completed project, followed by PV9 in 2022 and Vista Sentul in 2023 [1].
