Who is Asian Pac? The company behind the projects

Asian Pac Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 1913 and listed on the Main Board in 1961, according to its 2026 annual report [1]. It trades on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia as ASIAPAC (stock code 4057), and its registered office is at Menara SMI, Lorong P. Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur [1].

The company says property development is its main source of revenue, focused on mixed developments of shops and high-rise homes in the Klang Valley and Kota Kinabalu, and that it is moving into mid-range and affordable landed homes [1]. Its property investments include a shopping mall in its KK Times Square II project in Kota Kinabalu, Imago Jaya Mall in Petaling Jaya, bought in the financial year to March 2026, and about 8,900 car-park bays in Kota Kinabalu and the Klang Valley [1]. The KPKT register covers only licensed housing projects, and none of the group's Sabah projects appears in it, so its shops, malls and Sabah projects are not in the table above.

Dwitara Residences in Petaling Jaya is developed by BH Builders Sdn Bhd, and Mahogany Residences in Kota Damansara by Everest Pioneer Sdn Bhd; both are wholly owned, Asian Pac having bought the last 10% of Everest Pioneer on 26 December 2025 [1]. KPKT registers two RESIDENSI DWITARA towers of 439 units each (9507-3 and 9507-4) and, on the same site, RESIDENSI AURORA 2 @ RESIDENSI DWITARA (9507-5, 439 units), not yet started; Mahogany Residences is registered as RESIDENSI MAHOGANI (30011-1, 281 units). In Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, BH Realty Sdn Bhd developed Fortune Perdana Residences, with 36 shop offices and three blocks of 576 serviced residences on 6 acres [2]; KPKT registers the residences as 4611-5.

The chairman is Dato' Mustapha bin Buang, a non-independent non-executive director who joined the board in 1994, became managing director in 2001 and was redesignated chairman on 1 August 2024 [1]. After the executive director resigned on 1 December 2025, the board was looking for an executive director and chief executive officer, according to the 2026 annual report [1].
