Who is Eng Han Group? The company behind the projects
Eng Han Group dates its start to 1992, when Eng Han Bina was established, and moved into property development in 2005 with Taman Desa Penaga in Kulim, Kedah [1]. It describes itself as a developer with an in-house construction arm, with 34 years of construction experience and 21 years in property development, as stated on its website in 2026 [1]; the construction arm also builds for other developers [2]. Its property arm trades as EH Property, which the Eria Residences website identifies as Eng Han Property Sdn Bhd [4]. The group's office is in Petaling Jaya, Selangor [8]. No stock-exchange listing was found.
Ten of its 16 KPKT records are under Eng Han Property Sdn Bhd (KPKT 10437-1 to 10437-10), and they match projects on EH Property's own list [7][1]: Taman Emas in Kuala Lipis, Pahang, a 49.9-acre township launched in 2007, with Taman Emas 2 on 9.9 acres beside it [1] — five records named TAMAN EMAS or TAMAN EMAS 2; Shang Garden at Taman Bukit Sarimban, Seremban, the group's first guarded landed scheme, launched in 2015 [1] — two records named TAMAN BUKIT SARIMBAN; and Greenhill Residence in Section U10, Shah Alam, where the group says the 20 semi-detached homes of its Phase 2 received their CCC in 2025 [1] — three records named TAMAN GREENHILL. Taman Suteramas in Kemaman, Terengganu, a 54.4-acre project launched in 2013 [1], is registered under Wirama Development Sdn Bhd (12239-1 to 12239-3), and Alinea Suites in Section 14, Shah Alam — 480 SOHO units completed in 2024, according to the group [1] — under Dataran Matriks Sdn Bhd as ALINEA (20029-1).
The two newest projects are under their own companies. Eria Residences, 104 freehold townhouses at Taman Orkid, Sepang, is shown on EH Property's site under Kuala Nilam Development Sdn Bhd [3]; KPKT registers it as ERIA RESIDENCES (30847-1, 104 units), under construction. Tangen Residences in North Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, is developed by Angkasa Armada Sdn Bhd under the Eng Han Group [5][6]: a freehold tower of 49 floors on about 2.8 acres [5], registered by KPKT as RESIDENSI TANGEN (30349-1) with 413 units.
EH Property's site also lists ARI Permaisuri in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur, as one of its projects [7]; KPKT registers its three towers under Dwitasik Sdn Bhd, which we could not confirm as an Eng Han company, so they are not in the table above. Older projects on the list, such as Taman Desa Penaga, and its projects in Sabah have no matching record under these five companies in the KPKT register used here.
