Ancubic was established in 2011. Its founder, Dato' Low Boon An, is group managing director, and Datin Kimilee You is executive director and chief executive officer [1]. The company describes itself as a Malaysian property and investment group developing residential, commercial and industrial spaces; its office is in Pantai Dalam, Kuala Lumpur [2]. Its website lists 11 developments in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Batu Kawan, Penang, three of them marked completed [3]; four of the 11 are residential, and those four are the projects in the KPKT register above.
Each housing project has its own company. Ancubic Capital Sdn Bhd, which The Edge described as a boutique developer in 2016 [7], developed Cubic Botanical in Pantai Dalam, a freehold project of 1,161 serviced apartments [8]. Rosedale in Bandar Botanik, Klang, is developed by Ancubic PJ Sdn Bhd; its first phase has 480 serviced apartments [4]. In Telok Panglima Garang, Ancubic Valley Sdn Bhd is developing Rosalie Suites, 499 SOHO units [5] in the 33-acre Ancubic Harmoni City [9]. In the KPKT register these two projects appear as Residensi Ros Ria and Harmoni 8.
The register also lists 30 three-storey terrace houses in Taman Saujana Puchong under Ancubic Puchong Sdn Bhd. Ancubic's website lists its Kazen homes in Saujana Puchong as completed [6], and The Edge reported in 2016 that Kazen had 30 landed homes [7].
