KPKT's TEDUH register (as at 27 Oct 2026) lists 66 housing projects under 6 Plenitude companies in 5 states: 54 completed, 9 under construction, 2 not yet started, 1 with the permit cancelled. None is classed Sick (Sakit) or Abandoned (Terbengkalai).

Of the 54 completed projects, 30 have both a handover deadline and a completion date in the register: 10 handed over on or before the deadline (the extended deadline where KPKT approved an extension); 6 handed over or certified complete after that deadline (1 of these were under construction during the 18 Mar–31 Aug 2020 movement control period, which the law excludes from the deadline†); 14 received the completion certificate before the deadline (handover date not recorded).

Plenitude Berhad was incorporated on 6 November 2000 and has been listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia since 18 November 2003, under stock code 5075 ^[1]. Its core businesses are property development, property investment and hospitality; it went into hotels in 2001 and says it now owns more than 2,400 hotel rooms in Malaysia, South Korea and Japan ^[1]. The non-executive chairman is Chua Elsie, previously the executive chairman, and Ng Yoon Thai has been chief executive officer since 16 April 2026 ^[1].

Its main townships are Taman Desa Tebrau in Johor Bahru, Impian Hills in Ulu Tiram, Johor, Bukit Bintang in Sungai Petani, Kedah and Taman Putra Prima in Puchong, Selangor ^[1]. KPKT registers Impian Hills as Taman Kota Impian, under Plenitude Hills Sdn Bhd in Kota Tinggi district, and lists Taman Putra Prima under Sepang district. In its 2026 annual report the company says it has completed more than 15,000 units and holds about 963 acres of land for future development ^[1]; these are group-wide figures, while the KPKT register counts only projects licensed as housing.

Diamond @ Taman Putra Prima, listed on PropertySifu, is the township's final residential phase: 166 two- and three-storey terrace houses, which the 2026 annual report says were completed and handed over to buyers in May 2023 ^[1]. It is developed by Plenitude Permai Sdn Bhd and registered with KPKT as 7521-21. All six Plenitude companies in the KPKT register, including Plenitude Builders Sdn Bhd (formerly Changkat Kiara Sdn Bhd) in Kuala Lumpur and Plenitude Bayu Sdn Bhd in Penang, are wholly owned by the group ^[1].
