KPKT's TEDUH register (as at 27 Oct 2026) lists 111 housing projects under 12 Paramount companies in 4 states: 95 completed, 16 under construction. None is classed Sick (Sakit) or Abandoned (Terbengkalai).

Of the 95 completed projects, 62 have both a handover deadline and a completion date in the register: 22 handed over on or before the deadline (the extended deadline where KPKT approved an extension); 9 handed over or certified complete after that deadline (1 of these were under construction during the 18 Mar–31 Aug 2020 movement control period, which the law excludes from the deadline†); 31 received the completion certificate before the deadline (handover date not recorded).

Paramount traces its origins to rice milling: it was incorporated as Malaysia Rice Industries Berhad on 15 April 1969 and listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 15 July 1971 ^[1]. Paramount Corporation Berhad now trades on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market under stock code 1724 (PARAMON) and reports three segments: property, coworking, and investment and others ^[1]. Its head office is at Dataran Atwater in Petaling Jaya, Selangor ^[1].

The property segment develops under the Paramount Property brand, with projects in Kedah, Penang, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur and a 49% equity venture in Bangkok ^[1]. Its 2025 annual report lists townships and developments including Bukit Banyan and Bandar Laguna Merbok in Sungai Petani, Utropolis Batu Kawan in Penang, Kemuning Utama in Shah Alam, Greenwoods Salak Perdana in Sepang and Sejati Residences in Cyberjaya; the company says 321.6 acres of undeveloped land remained in Malaysia at 31 December 2025 ^[1]. The KPKT register covers only projects licensed as housing, so the Bangkok venture and Paramount's office and retail buildings are not in the table above.

The two Paramount projects on PropertySifu are developed by wholly owned subsidiaries: The Ashwood in Kuala Lumpur by Paramount Property (Cityview) Sdn Bhd, and The Atera in Petaling Jaya by Aneka Sepakat Sdn Bhd ^[1]. KPKT registers The Ashwood as project 20172-2 and The Atera in two phases, 30161-1 and 30161-2.

The chairman is Quah Chek Tin, an independent non-executive director; Jeffrey Chew Sun Teong is group chief executive officer and Benjamin Teo Jong Hian is deputy chairman ^[1]. Beh Chun Chong was appointed deputy group chief executive officer on 4 September 2025 ^[1].
