KPKT's TEDUH register (as at 27 Oct 2026) lists 109 housing projects under 11 OIB Group companies in 4 states: 80 completed, 24 under construction, 5 not yet started. None is classed Sick (Sakit) or Abandoned (Terbengkalai).

Of the 80 completed projects, 62 have both a handover deadline and a completion date in the register: 17 handed over on or before the deadline (the extended deadline where KPKT approved an extension); 23 handed over or certified complete after that deadline (4 of these were under construction during the 18 Mar–31 Aug 2020 movement control period, which the law excludes from the deadline†); 22 received the completion certificate before the deadline (handover date not recorded).

Oriental Interest Berhad was incorporated on 3 August 1993 and listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 18 October 1994 ^[1]; it trades on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market as OIB, stock code 5827 ^[2]. Its head office is in Bandar Amanjaya, Sungai Petani, Kedah ^[3]. The group says it has 20 subsidiaries in property development and construction, investment holding, hospitality and oil palm ^[1], and that it has handed over more than 31,400 units ^[4]. That is a group-wide company figure; the KPKT register counts each licensed phase as a separate housing project.

OIB builds in northern Peninsular Malaysia under its own name and in the Central region under the Myra brand ^[5], which belongs to OIB Marketing Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Oriental Interest Berhad ^[6]. The group lists Taman Serai Wangi, Taman Permaipura and SP Saujana Permai in Kedah, and Desa Pinggiran Putra, Myra Gardens and Myra Alam in Selangor, among its developments ^[4].

Myra Senja in Subang Bestari, listed on PropertySifu, and Myra Cove in Cyberjaya are developed by Myra Land Sdn Bhd under developer licence 20164 ^[7][8]. Oriental Interest owns 70% of Myra Land; the other 30% is held by Pesaka Saujana Properties Sdn Bhd ^[9]. In December 2025 Myra Land agreed to buy 68.12 acres in Bukit Raja, Selangor, for RM80.77 million ^[9].

Other Myra projects are registered under different companies: Myra Alam under OIB Properties (CV) Sdn Bhd ^[10], Myra Saujana under OIB Properties (PRV) Sdn Bhd ^[11], Myra Gardens under Myra Gardens Sdn Bhd ^[12], Myra Dahlia under Maxilux Properties Sdn Bhd ^[13], Myra Park under Smart Budget Economy Sdn Bhd ^[14] and Myra Tenuman under developer licence 30962 ^[15], which KPKT registers to Total Majority Sdn Bhd. OIB Properties (K) Sdn Bhd, which develops in Kedah, is wholly owned ^[16]; for the other companies we found no public source giving OIB's shareholding, so they are listed because the group's own websites name them as developers of its projects. The chairman is DYTM Raja Puan Muda Kedah Che Puan Muda Zaheeda Binti Mohamad Ariff, and Khoh Why Way has been executive director and chief executive officer since 1 August 2025 ^[2].
