Who is Masteron? The company behind the projects
The Masteron Group says it started out as a small construction company in 1981 and grew to take on residential, commercial, industrial and public projects [1]. It says it has delivered more than 10,000 units and has more than 3,000 in progress [1]. Those are group-wide figures; the KPKT register counts only projects licensed as housing, and the 7 completed projects under Masteron companies hold 3,511 units. The developer companies are private limited companies; no stock-exchange listing was found. Choy Kin Mann was identified as a Masteron director in a 2023 report [6].
In Puchong, Aurora Residence is part of the 155-acre Lake Side City township beside Prima Lake and is developed by Permodalan Masteron Sdn Bhd, a member of the Masteron Group [3]. KPKT records its first 752 units (12095-1) as handed over in November 2017. Astra @ Aurora Residence continues the development: its project website shows developer licence 12095 and sales permit 12095-2 for Tower C, 364 serviced apartments with expected completion in December 2027 [5]. KPKT also has a second 364-unit registration under the same name (12095-3), whose first sale agreement is dated 18 July 2026.
KR7 Residences in Taman Mas Langat, Puchong, is developed by Kemajuan Masteron Sdn Bhd under developer licence 6564 [4]. KPKT records its first 269 units (6564-3) as completed, with a CCC dated 31 December 2025, and a further 215-unit registration (6564-4) under construction. In Petaling Jaya, the company lists Verando Residence @ PJ South Sentral among its completed projects [2]; KPKT registers it under Masteron Sdn Bhd in two parts, 1,055 units in total, handed over in April and December 2023.
