Mahajaya is a property group founded by Dato' Tan Leong Min; the company says it has developed property since the 1970s, in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor Bahru and Melaka ^[2][1]. Its website is run under Mahajaya Berhad and also names Medan Damai Sdn Bhd and Salak Park Sdn Bhd ^[1]. The Star reported in April 2004 that Mahajaya would be quoted on the Main Board on 27 April after a reverse takeover of Hotline Furniture Bhd ^[4], and the company says it listed that year ^[3]; no current listing was found. Its office is in Taman Desa Petaling, Kuala Lumpur ^[1], and its managing director since 2018 is Ben Tan ^[3].

Its main township is Bandar Damai Perdana in Cheras, in Selangor's Hulu Langat district, where the company lists link houses, superlink homes, semi-detached houses, bungalows and shop offices from 1996 onwards ^[2]. KPKT registers the township's phases under Medan Damai Sdn Bhd, except D' Infiniti II (2019), which is under Mahajaya Property Sdn Bhd. The Courtyard @ Cheras, the project on PropertySifu, is 62 double-storey superlink homes in Bandar Damai Perdana ^[5]; KPKT registers it as THE COURTYARD @ CHERAS (4900-16).

The company also lists 118 Residence (2021) in Taman Damai Utama, Puchong; Taman Alam Indah in Section 33, Shah Alam (2014 and 2016); Residensi Gembira 33 in Kuchai Lama (2017); the Amadesa condominium in Desa Petaling (2003); and link houses in Kota Laksamana, Melaka (2009) ^[2]. In the KPKT register, Taman Alam Indah is under Jiwa Property Sdn Bhd, a 33-unit terrace project in Kuala Lumpur completed in January 2017 is under Salak Park Sdn Bhd, a 715-unit condominium in Taman Desa Petaling completed in December 2003 is under Salak Park Development Sdn Bhd, and the Melaka projects are under Mahajaya Property. Its current project, Alunan Damai in Taman Desa Vista, Salak Tinggi, is 96 double-storey terrace homes on Malay reserve land ^[1].

The KPKT register only includes projects licensed as housing and only the five companies above are counted; projects the company lists in Bangsar, Port Dickson and Johor Bahru are not registered under them ^[2].
