Lagenda Properties Berhad is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia under the stock name LAGENDA (code 7179) ^[1]. The listed company was previously D.B.E. Gurney Resources Berhad and took its current name on 16 July 2020 ^[2]. On 12 August 2020 it completed the purchase of Blossom Eastland Sdn Bhd from Doh Properties Holdings Sdn Bhd, together with Rantau Urusan (M) Sdn Bhd and Yik Wang Trading Sdn Bhd from members of the Doh family ^[2]. The company says it began building affordable homes in early 2018, starting in Sitiawan, Perak ^[2][6]. Blossom Eastland's own projects go back further: its earliest completion certificate in the KPKT register is dated 2013.

The managing director and major shareholder is Dato' Doh Jee Ming, and the independent non-executive chairman is Admiral Tan Sri Dato' Seri Panglima Dr. Ahmad Kamarulzaman bin Hj. Ahmad Badaruddin (Retired) ^[1]. The principal place of business is in Seri Manjung, Perak, with a branch office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor ^[1]. The company says it had delivered about 30,000 homes by 2025 and aims to provide more than 35,000 affordable homes by 2030; at 31 December 2025 it held about 4,300 acres of undeveloped land ^[1]. These are group-wide figures: the KPKT register covers housing-licensed projects only, and the 33 completed projects under the eight companies on this page total 25,953 units.

Most of the group's KPKT projects are registered under two wholly owned subsidiaries, Taraf Nusantara Sdn Bhd (Bandar Baru Setia Awan Perdana in Manjung and Lagenda Teluk Intan) and Blossom Eastland ^[1]. Lagenda holds 70% of the ownership and 99.9% of the voting rights in Lagenda Mersing Sdn Bhd, which registers Lagenda Suria in Mersing and La' Lumière in Kulai, Johor ^[1]. Darulaman Lagenda in Sungai Petani, Kedah, is developed by BDB Lagenda Sdn Bhd, set up in 2021 in a joint venture with BDB Land, a Bina Darulaman Berhad subsidiary ^[2]; Lagenda holds 50% but accounts for it as a wholly owned subsidiary under development rights agreements ^[1].

Lagenda Ardea, the project listed on PropertySifu, is in Bernam Jaya, Hulu Selangor. In 2022 Blossom Eastland entered a joint venture with Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd (KHSB), wholly owned by the Selangor government, to develop a 191-acre plot, with Lagenda as developer and KHSB as landowner ^[3]. The company plans 2,340 single-storey terrace homes in three phases ^[1]; construction started in May 2024, and the homes are part of the Selangor government's Rumah Selangorku housing scheme ^[4]. KPKT registers the three phases as 11225-11 (831 units), 11225-13 (818 units) and 11225-12 (691 units), all on schedule (Lancar).
