JKG stands for Jasa Kita Group, a group chaired by Tan Sri Robert Tan Hua Choon [2]. The company says it has been in property development in Kedah for more than three decades, with its current northern projects concentrated in Kulim, and that the group has developed more than 14,600 units, about 12,000 of them affordable homes [3]. That is a company figure; the KPKT register counts each licensed phase as a separate project.
