Who is TSLAW Land? The company behind the projects
TSLAW Group was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur [1]; its businesses span steel trading and manufacturing, mining, and property development and investments [2]. Its executive chairman, Tan Sri Dato' Seri David Law Tien Seng, is also executive deputy chairman of Hiap Teck Venture Berhad, a company listed on Bursa Malaysia [2]; The Edge describes him as the founder of TS Law Group [4]. TSLAW Land, the group's property arm, says it has been in Malaysia for over 40 years [3].
In Kuala Lumpur, the group built TSLAW Tower, an RM350 million office building completed in 2021 [4], where its head office is [1]. Its housing projects carry the Skyline name: Skyline KL in Pudu, on a seven-acre site, and Skyline Kuchai, on 4.8 acres [4]; Skyline Embassy on Jalan Ampang, with 1,296 units in three towers on a 2.8-acre freehold site [5]; and Skyline (Eastside) One Sentosa in Taman Sentosa, Johor Bahru [3].

The two phases under L & T Realty Sdn Bhd, 30331-1 (897 units, first sale agreement 4 February 2023) and 30331-2 (941 units, first sale agreement 2 February 2023), had deadlines of 4 and 2 February 2026; each was extended with approval by 20 months, to 4 and 2 October 2027. Both are recorded as on schedule (Lancar), with reported progress of 80%.
Is Skyline Embassy completed?
KPKT records both phases under Skyline Embassy Sdn Bhd as completed, with a CCC dated 7 July 2026: 19760-1 (864 units; deadline 10 August 2029 after a 23-month approved extension) and 19760-2 (432 units; deadline 2 October 2028 after a 12-month extension). The register does not yet record a handover date.
Were the Seremban projects completed on time?
KPKT has deadlines for four of the seven Taman Tuanku Jaafar phases under LTS Land Sdn Bhd. Two received the CCC before the deadline: 9158-7 (66 units, CCC 25 October 2016) and 9158-8 (19 units, CCC 17 August 2020); their handover dates are not recorded. Two received it after: 9158-6 (44 units) 11 days after its deadline and 9158-5 (56 units) 318 days after. The three earliest phases (CFO 2007–2011) have no deadline in the register.
