Who is Trinity Group? The company behind the projects
Trinity Group Sdn Bhd was established in 2004 and is led by its founder and managing director, Dato' Neoh Soo Keat [1][3]. Its office is in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor [1]. In August 2024 the company said it had completed nine developments over 20 years and held a land bank of 55.6 acres [3]. Those are company figures; the KPKT register covers only projects licensed as housing, so Trinity's industrial project Latitude @ USJ 19 [9] is not in the table above.
Trinity's completed projects include 19 Residency in Bandar Bukit Puchong, finished in 2010 [6], The Zest @ Kinrara 9 with 720 serviced apartments [7], Zeva @ Equine South [8], Z Residence @ Bukit Jalil, Trinity Aquata, Trinity Lemanja and Trinity Pentamont [2]. KPKT registers them under several companies: The Zest @ Kinrara 9, The Z Residence and Trinity Lemanja under Darul Dinasti Sdn Bhd; Trinity Aquata under Luxury Concord Sdn Bhd; Trinity Pentamont under Modern Pandora Sdn Bhd; Zeva under Kensington Vision Sdn Bhd; and 19 Residency under Trinity Towers Sdn Bhd.
In Ampang North, Trinity works with Singapore-listed Oxley Holdings. Trinity Sensoria — 737 units in three blocks on 6.1 acres of freehold land at Beverly Heights — was launched in November 2024 and is jointly developed with Oxley [4]. Oxley's 2025 annual report lists Trinity Wellnessa (CCC on 25 July 2025) and Trinity Sensoria (completion expected in 2028), both in Ampang North, among its Malaysian projects [5]; KPKT registers Trinity Wellnessa under Trinity Wellnessa & Enlivea Development Sdn Bhd, which is counted in the table above.

According to KPKT, Trinity Wellnessa (20140-1, 463 units) had its first sale agreement on 23 October 2021 and a handover deadline of 23 October 2024, extended with approval by 12 months to 23 October 2025. The CCC is dated 25 July 2025 and vacant possession 11 August 2025, 73 days before the extended deadline.
Does Trinity Group have any Sick or Abandoned projects?
No. As at 27 October 2026, KPKT classes none of the nine projects as Sick (Sakit), Abandoned (Terbengkalai) or Late (Lewat). Two completed projects received their CCC after the deadline: Trinity Lemanja (10826-3), 202 days after its extended deadline, with construction running through the March–August 2020 movement control period; and Zeva (11944-1), 174 days after its deadline.
