Who is Oxley? The company behind the projects
Oxley Holdings Limited was incorporated in Singapore on 16 March 2010, listed on SGX Catalist in October 2010 and moved to the SGX Main Board in February 2013 [2]. Across all its markets, the company says it has launched 52 projects and completed 50 since 2010; it operates in six: Singapore, the UK, Ireland, Cambodia, Malaysia and China [1]. Those are group-wide figures — in Malaysia's KPKT register, the project above is the only one under an Oxley company. Its Executive Chairman and CEO is Ching Chiat Kwong [1].
In Malaysia, Oxley completed the purchase of a freehold site in the KLCC area in December 2014 [5]. Oxley Towers KLCC on that site has two hotel towers with residences, an office tower and a retail podium: Tower 1 holds the 226-room SO/ Kuala Lumpur Hotel and the 590-unit SO/ Kuala Lumpur Residences; Tower 2 holds the 198-room The Langham, Kuala Lumpur and the 267-unit Jewel Residences [4]. Tower 2 was first announced with Jumeirah as its hotel and residence brand [6]. Since January 2021, Pavilion Project Management has overseen the project's management, construction, sales and administration under a partnership with Oxley [7].
Oxley sold the office tower and four retail parcels to Alliance Bank Malaysia in October 2023 for about RM406 million [8]; the tower was handed over in early 2025 [9]. On 29 August 2025 Oxley announced that construction had been completed [10]. In July 2026 the Langham hotel floors were sold for RM250 million to Artisan Hospitality Sdn Bhd, in which Oxley Rising holds 70% [3].
Oxley's 2025 annual report says the group will progressively exit China, Cambodia and Malaysia once all existing projects are completed [11]. The same report lists Trinity Wellnessa (CCC on 25 July 2025) and Trinity Sensoria (completion expected in 2028), both in Ampang North, among its Malaysian projects [11]; KPKT registers Trinity Wellnessa under Trinity Wellnessa & Enlivea Development Sdn Bhd, so it is not counted in the table above.

Oxley has said it will look to divest the hotel business when the right opportunity arises [10].
