M K Land Holdings Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia in 1978, as its company registration number shows, and made its debut on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange — today Bursa Malaysia's Main Market — on 27 August 1999; it trades as MKLAND, stock code 8893 ^[1]. Its co-founder, the late Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar, was behind Damansara Perdana and several other townships in Selangor ^[2]. The registered office and principal place of business are in Bandar Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya ^[1].

The group has three businesses: property; leisure, with Bukit Merah Laketown Resort in Perak and Ombak Villa Langkawi; and renewable energy, including a 10.95MWac solar plant in Kerian, Perak ^[1]. Property is the main one — it contributed RM151.2 million of the group's RM177.0 million revenue in the year to 30 June 2026, the company says ^[1]. The annual report names its residential townships as Damansara Perdana and Damansara Damai in Petaling Jaya, Taman Bunga Raya in Bukit Beruntung, Meru Perdana and Klebang Putra in Ipoh, and Raia Perdana and Teja Perdana in Simpang Pulai, Perak ^[1].

The KPKT records on this page cover nine MK Land subsidiaries listed in the 2026 annual report: eight wholly owned, and Naluri Majujaya Sdn Bhd, 85% owned ^[1]. Suasana Damai, the Damansara Damai project on PropertySifu, is registered with KPKT as a 780-unit project (6822-15) under Medan Prestasi Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary ^[1]. The resorts and solar plants are not housing projects, so they are not in the KPKT records.

The executive chairman is Felina binti Mustapha Kamal, in the role since 29 August 2017 and on the board since 19 January 2007 ^[1].
