The company says its land in Ampang Hilir, Bukit Ceylon, Sungai Long and Kajang 2 has a combined gross development value of RM2 billion [1].
Its first project, Canopy Hills in Kajang 2, has 1,589 units on 5.62 acres [2], and the group's website lists it as completed [3]. KPKT registers a 1,589-unit SOHO project in Hulu Langat under Pacific Uniland Sdn Bhd, using the company's own name as the project name, with a CCC dated 10 June 2022 and handover on 1 July 2022.
