Deadlines are counted from each project's first sale agreement, as KPKT records them; buyers who signed later have later deadlines. CCC = Certificate of Completion and Compliance; CFO = Certificate of Fitness for Occupation.

Who is Green Target Group? The company behind the projects

Green Target was set up in 2007 by Tan Hong Lai and Datuk Amir Arif Kamarudin; in 2016 Datuk Tan Hong Lai was its managing director and chief executive officer [1]. Its first project was Greenhill Residences, on 75 acres of leasehold land in Section U10, Shah Alam [1]. The developer, Green Hill Development Sdn Bhd, headed by the same two founders, entered a joint venture in 2007 to develop the land, which is owned by Permodalan Negeri Selangor Bhd [2]. KPKT registers four phases of TAMAN GREENHILL under that company: three, with 222 semi-detached houses, received their CCC between August 2012 and April 2014, and the permit for the fourth, with 19 detached houses, was cancelled.

MesaHill @ Nilai in Negeri Sembilan is a mixed-use development that the group began in 2013; a 2016 report put it at 15 acres of freehold land with a gross development value of RM1 billion [1]. It is developed by Hari Lumayan Sdn Bhd, a Green Target Group subsidiary, and the group also owns MesaMall there [3]. KPKT registers four MesaHill phases under Hari Lumayan, with 2,931 serviced apartments and condominium units, all completed; their CCCs are dated March 2017 (two phases), January 2019 and March 2025. The group has also built non-housing projects, such as 71 factory lots in Semenyih named 228 Smart Industrial Series [1]; the KPKT register covers only projects licensed as housing.

In Raub, Pahang, a 2016 report described The Colonial as Green Target Group's latest residential development: 87 acres of freehold land with a gross development value of RM350 million, planned in four phases with about 600 homes, the first phase being 130 terraced and super-link houses [1]. KPKT registers six phases of TAMAN COLONIAL and THE COLONIAL in Raub under Rising Sun Entity Sdn Bhd, with 278 houses: five are completed, with CCCs dated from July 2021 to December 2025, and one, with 47 terraced houses, is classed Late (Lewat).

The PropertySifu project page names Green Target Group as the developer of RIO Cheras South. KPKT registers that project as RESIDENSI RIO CHERAS SELATAN (31029-1), 823 condominium units in Hulu Langat district, under Rio Cheras South Sdn Bhd; it is under construction.
