Eupe says it started operations in 1986, when Dato' Paduka Beh Heng Seong and Dato' Wira Tajudin bin Haji Hashim founded the company to build townships in Kedah; its first project, Taman Ria in Sungai Petani, involved 3,376 homes ^[2]. Eupe Corporation Berhad has been listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia since 1997 ^[2] and trades as EUPE, stock code 6815; its registered office is at Wisma Ria, Taman Ria, Sungai Petani ^[1]. The Group Managing Director is Dato' Beh Huck Lee, in the role since 1 July 1997, and the chairman is Alfian bin Tan Sri Mohamed Basir ^[1].

The company says it has built more than 25,000 homes since 1986 ^[3]. That is the company's own count; the KPKT register covers only projects licensed as housing, and 59 of the 63 registrations above are in Kedah. In 2016 Eupe began developing high-rise homes in Kuala Lumpur ^[2]. KPKT registers four Klang Valley projects: Novum in Bangsar South (14163-1, 654 units), Parc3 (19122-1, 793 units) and EST8 in Seputeh (19122-2, 821 units) in Kuala Lumpur, and Helix2 in Petaling Jaya (30099-1, 500 units), which was handed over to buyers in October 2025 ^[1]. FIABCI named Parc3 @ KL South a World Gold Winner in the residential high-rise category of its World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2024 ^[4].

According to the 2026 annual report, the Kedah projects are developed by Eupe Kemajuan, Esteem Glory and Mera-Land (Malaysia), all wholly owned, and by Eupe Development, 60% owned ^[1]. In the Klang Valley, Eupe PJ South Development is wholly owned, the group has a 70% effective interest in Titian Sama, and Eupe Bangsar South Development (JV) is 50% owned ^[1]. EST8 @ Seputeh, the project on PropertySifu, is registered under Titian Sama Sdn Bhd (KPKT developer code 19122).
