KPKT's TEDUH register (as at 27 Oct 2026) lists 92 housing projects under 7 BCB companies in 4 states: 80 completed, 8 under construction (of which 1 Sick), 3 not yet started, 1 with the permit cancelled.

Of the 80 completed projects, 59 have both a handover deadline and a completion date in the register: 13 handed over on or before the deadline (the extended deadline where KPKT approved an extension); 23 handed over or certified complete after that deadline (1 of these were under construction during the 18 Mar–31 Aug 2020 movement control period, which the law excludes from the deadline†); 23 received the completion certificate before the deadline (handover date not recorded).

BCB Berhad was incorporated on 13 July 1988 as Kemajuan Buditama Sdn Bhd and became a public company under its present name on 21 August 1995 ^[2]. It was listed on the main board of what is now Bursa Malaysia on 3 December 1996 ^[2] and trades on the Main Market under stock number 6602 ^[1]. Its roots and head office are in Kluang, Johor ^[2][1]. The founder, Tan Sri Dato' Tan Seng Leong, has been on the board since 9 November 1988 and is group managing director; the chairman is Dato' Ismail bin Karim, an independent non-executive director who joined the board on 15 July 2022 ^[1].

Most of BCB's housing is in Johor. The company began building in Batu Pahat about 30 years ago with Taman Bukit Perdana, and its two current townships there are Bandar Putera Indah (370 acres) and Evergreen Heights (432 acres) ^[1]. In Iskandar Puteri, Elysia Medini is a joint venture between BCB (60%) and United Harvest Group, a Hong Kong developer; its first phase of three towers was completed in 2019 ^[1]. KPKT registers that phase as The Elysia Park Residence under BCB Heights Sdn Bhd, which BCB owns 60% of ^[1]. BCB's 2025 annual report puts its land bank at 825 acres ^[1]; that is a group-wide figure, while the KPKT register counts only licensed housing projects.

BCB entered the Klang Valley in 2010 ^[2]. Concerto North Kiara in Kuala Lumpur was completed and handed over in 2015 ^[1]. HomeTree in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, is a 151-acre township along the Klang River, developed with Landshine Limited, an affiliate of a Xiamen developer, and launched in June 2013 ^[1]; BCB holds 70% of the developer, BCB Development Sdn Bhd ^[1]. Its first phase, Long Branch Residences (101 three-storey bungalows), was handed over in July 2016; the second, Broadleaf Residences (51 bungalows and 244 semi-detached houses), was built in six sub-phases, the last completed in 2025; and the third, Springwood Residences, opened its first sub-phase, 3A, in March 2025 ^[1].

Besides housing, BCB owns and runs Prime City Hotel in Kluang and manages two shopping malls, Kluang Parade in Kluang and U-Mall in Taman Pulai Utama, Skudai ^[2]. The KPKT register covers only projects licensed as housing, so BCB's shop offices and commercial parks, such as Lumina Commercial Park in Iskandar Puteri ^[1], are not in the table above. The table counts the seven companies in BCB's 2025 annual report that have KPKT housing records: BCB Berhad itself and six subsidiaries, three of them not wholly owned (Global Earnest 86.6%, BCB Development 70%, BCB Heights 60%) ^[1].
